Caring for your garment and collar

Can I wash my garment at home?

We recommend dry cleaning or gentle hand washing in cold water for all satin and silk pieces to preserve the fabric and construction. Lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight or heat. Collars should be washed separately and stored flat or hanging to maintain their shape. Full care instructions are included with every order.

Shipping & Returns

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Australia. International shipping options may become available in the future.

How long will shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on location within Australia and be processed via Standard or Express options (following Australia Post shipping timeframes).

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

We take great care in the quality of every piece we send. If your order arrives with a fault or damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@meaviaboutique.com.au with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly and cover all return shipping costs.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached. As each piece is Australian-made in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns on sale items or items showing signs of wear. Please contact us before returning any item so we can guide you through the process.
