Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - 14 day returns

We offer full refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • After receiving your order, you have 14 days to contact us to commence the returns/exchange process. 
  • Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all accessories, packaging and labels attached.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Exchanges can only be processed for the same item in a different size/colour (not for different products).

We do not accept returns for the sale items or gift cards. Due to health reasons, we also cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any earrings and lipsticks, unless damaged.

Note: if, when exchanging, we do not have the desired size in stock, we will work with you on a suitable option. That is, we will agree with you whether you would like to wait for the stock to arrive or receive a refund.

REFUNDS – the process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, including the original shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We take no responsibility for returns that do not arrive back to us, so make sure you use a traceable delivery method.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, please email us at contact@meaviaboutique.com.au. In your email, please include:

  • Your name (from the order).
  • Your order #.
  • The item you would like to return.
  • The reason for your return.
  • A photo(s) detailing the problem with the item.

We will get back in touch with you ASAP and let you know how to proceed from there, including a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
