WHERE WE SHIP FROM AND TO

We located in Australia, where all our products are shipped from.

We are currently shipping to Australia only.

THE COST OF SHIPPING

For orders under AUD $600, we charge a flat rate of AUD $12.95 (standard shipping) and AUD $18.95 (express shipping).

All orders over AUD $600 will have the shipping costs waived.

Shipping charges will apply during the checkout process.

HOW LONG PROCESSING TAKES

Once ordered, your order is generally processed within 2-5 business days. There may be unforeseen delays that we cannot control. If this is the case, we will contact you to let you know.

HOW LONG SHIPPING TAKES

We use Australia Post for shipping and therefore align to their standard shipping timeframes: 

• Standard: 4 - 7 business days
• Express: 1 - 3 business days

We cannot control any unforeseen delays in transit, and therefore take no responsibility for delays caused once shipped. If we are made aware of delays from our shipping partners, we will notify you.

You will receive a tracking number once processed where you can follow your parcel and receive an ETA from the shipping company.

HOW YOU KNOW WHERE YOUR ORDER IS UP TO

You will have access to tracking updates via the tracking number once provided, which you may check at any time. If you have questions you can always contact us.
